14-Day Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Returns for Custom & Personalized Products

Because every product we create is personalized and unique, we can only accept returns for items that are defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom products for reasons other than a quality issue, such as a change of mind or dissatisfaction with the AI-generated design that was approved during the creation process.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
In the same condition that you received it.
Unused and in its original packaging.
Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:
1.Contact us at our Contact Us page within 14 days of receiving your order.
2.In your message, please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the defective or damaged item and its packaging.
3.We will review your request. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
